番茄牛肉麵 - 8 小時新鮮番茄熬煮，兌上 30 小時的牛骨湯。
清燉牛肉麵 - 裡面含少許鹽巴及熬煮了 30 小時的牛骨湯。
酸菜豬肉麵 - 自製酸菜搭配新鮮豬肉，大火爆炒(不加白醋)。
